House Belfast is opening its doors for business, making it the third development in the House brand, with properties already located in Dublin and Limerick.
Based in Botanic Avenue, the £2 million investment is the latest addition to Belfast’s thriving hotel, bar and restaurant sector.
Offering 31 bedrooms, a restaurant, basement bar and club, and an enviable whiskey room featuring an extensive range of whiskies and gins, House Belfast will provide over 50 jobs.
Speaking about their newest development, Director of House Belfast, Alan Clancy, said: “We are delighted to bring the House brand to Belfast.
“Our aim is to create ‘your house away from home’, and we believe that House Belfast very much reflects this.”
