A brand new product is hitting the Irish drinks industry. Poacher’s Premium Irish Tonic Water has been created to meet the discerning needs of premium spirit drinkers.
Created by Oisin Davis of Great Irish Beverages and Vaughan Yates of the 1751 agency, Poacher’s is the first premium Irish tonic water and has been specifically created with a care and attention to detail traditionally associated with the production of premium spirits.
Poacher’s is based on distinct Irish ingredients and flavours with the highest quality quinine and international botanicals including fresh Irish rosemary, sugar beets and Florida oranges.
These are added to the mineral rich spring water from the Litterbeg Estate in Wexford. The water here is so highly valued that poachers have been trying to steal it since the 18th century.
Poacher’s Premium Irish tonic water will be distributed by Tindal Wine Merchants from May 6th, a great fit considering Tindal’s engagement with premium Irish spirit brands.
You can find Poacher’s at a number of boutique festivals this summer and they will be featured in The Big Shed at Ballymaloe LitFest May 20th-22nd.
