All Together Now is making its first appearance this August Bank Holiday Weekend at Curraghmore Estate in Waterford. Ireland’s newest festival, filled with music, artists, performers and food feasts, it is set to be a weekend of delights.
Bringing an electic and exciting mix of food and drinks to the festival is Food & Feasts. This line up of food purveyors, producers and passionate foodies have been inspired to bring a new concept to typical festival food.
The feature act of the festival food is Carousel. This London based creative hub is home to various art exhibitions, chef residencies, workshops and a restaurant.
All Together Now is delighted to have Carousel making its Irish festival debut. As runner up at the GQ Food & Drink Awards they will be serving up an eagerly awaited high end BBQ and brunch.
Showcasing the best of Waterford’s local produce, chefs Shane McGrath and Paula Hannigan will collaborate to bring Déisí Foods to the festival. The Waterford Way Farmers Market will also be telling the fascinating stories of the food produced in Waterford and serving up delicious local dishes.
The Tannery’s Paul Flynn will be cooking up a special brunch on the Sunday alongside the London Community Gospel Choir providing beautiful music on the day. Also in attendance will be Richard Corrigan hosting cooking demonstration and answering audience questions.
Together at the Chef’s Table will feature a stellar line up of Irish foodies. Curated by food writer Joe McNamee it will feature a Chef’s Obstacle Course, The Kenwood Kwiz a food quiz and a children’s cookery competition.
One of the festivals most exciting events will be hosted by Kevin Thornton. Food For Life will see Kevin serve guests a three course meal in a secret garden.
