The Irish Craft Beer Festival is one of the highlights of the hoppy calendar in the country. The event is coming back to the RDS from the 7th to the 9th of September and it will gather over 40 brewers featuring more than 200 beers.
Attendees will have the opportunity to taste the creations of Ireland’s top craft breweries along with up and coming producers, and the event will allow them to talk to the people who craft their favourite beers. Besides beer, the Irish Craft Beer Festival will also host some of the most prestigious craft cider makers as well as whiskey, gin and poitín distillers.
Arrive with an appetite as there will also be plenty of food to enjoy. Expect appealing gastropub food and street food favourites, ideal to pair with the beers you’ll be trying. Cocktails are also involved, and you’ll be able to enjoy signature tipples from some of the participant spirit brands.
As if that wasn’t enough, tunes by talented DJs will keep the atmosphere cool. There’s also a silent disco announced as well as games to play while you taste.
For those wishing to deepen their beer knowledge, a series of talks, tastings and classes will take place. These are yet to be announced so keep an eye on the Irish Craft Beer Festival social media to be the first to find out.
Tickets are on sale now, starting from €5.
