Belfast brewery Jawbox Spirits Company have announced the launch of two new premium gin liqueurs, just in time for your summer sips. They have unveiled two new delicious flavours of Pineapple and Ginger and Rhubarb and Ginger.
The Caribbean inspired Pineapple and Ginger sees the flavours of fiery ginger mixed with the intense sharpness of sweet pineapple, married with the unique botanical of Jawbox’s classic gin.
Jawbox suggest you pimp up your favourite cocktails with a zesty twist. Try a pineapple fizz for a refreshing tipple – mix Jawbox Pineapple and Ginger Gin Liqueur with Prosecco.
The new Rhubarb and Ginger sees two classic flavours paired together to create a tangy liqueur, perfect for those with a sweet tooth. The tartness of the rhubarb and the freshness of the ginger is a match made in heaven.
For a contemporary twist on a Tom Collins try Jawbox’s Rhubarb Collins – Jawbox Rhubarb & Ginger Gin Liqueur mixed with lemon juice and soda water with a orange wedge garnish.
Sitting on a 300 acre country estate on the outskirts of Belfast, Jawbox gin is carefully created using time honoured methods and techniques.
Triple distilled on site in traditional copper pots Jawbox gin is produced slowly in small batches. Using a unique combination of botanicals including local Belfast Black Mountain heather to give the gin its characteristic flavour.
