Nine Irish Restaurants Make La Liste’s Top 1,000 Outstanding Restaurants in The World

Nine Irish restaurants have been included in La Liste’s ranking of the top 1,000 outstanding restaurants in the world. Topping the list for the second year in a row is Guy Savoy, the 3-Michelin star restaurant in Paris.

The first Irish restaurant to appear on the list is Dublin’s Patrick Guilbaud. The two star Michelin restaurant received a liste score of 94.50.

Also included are Dublin restaurants The Greenhouse (90.75), Chapter One (85.50) and L’Ecrivain (84.00).

There were two mentions for Kilkenny, with Mount Juliet (88.00), home to the Michelin star restaurant Lady Helen, and Michelin Star Restaurant Campagne in Kilkenny (83.75) making the list.

Around the country in Waterford, we have the Michelin starred restaurant in the Cliff House Hotel (86.00). Finally, Aniar Restaurant in Galway (82.50) and The Ross in Killarney (81.25) also made the prestigious list.

The scores are calculated using an algorithm-based aggregator of expert food guides and reviews.
