Legal Eagle, Dublin 7
The Legal Eagle is a retro old English pub with a sprinkling of unique Irish innovation. It boasts glorious old fashioned features.
It is the sister restaurant to The Winding Stair, The Woollen Mills, The Yarn and The Washerwoman.
Their style of food is very much in the ‘nose-to-tail‘ world of dining. It sits alongside a celebration of vegetables very comfortably! Both are a celebration of produce, and they hope to use some lesser celebrated vegetables and vegetable tops.
They make their own crisps, pickled eggs and they even have a DIY crisp sandwich on offer with batch and too much butter!
Their lengthy drink menu consists of twenty craft beers on tap (with a rotating guest tap), a small, but considered and decidedly un-trendy, classic cocktail list, whiskey, gin and over 200 wines.
