Little Bird, the cafe come yoga studio on South Circular Road, has already become a go to destination for yogis and food lovers alike and this Saturday, October 7th, even more will flock to the charming cafe for a Vegan Feast from guest chef Ethna Mc Dermott.
Known for her innovative slant on plant based food, Ethna will create a three course meal that begins with Sweet Pickled Pear and Asparagus on raw walnut bread, finished with smoked mint yogurt and tomato dust.
To follow, for mains Barley Bean Quenelles with accompanied by marinated vegetables, caramelized onions, sun-dried tomato marinara, and an asparagus puree.
Ending on an seasonal sweet note, an Autumn Berry Semifreddo with chocolate hazelnut rounds, pear soil, mint foam, and chocolate lattice will be served for dessert.
