The new summer menu at the Catalina Restaurant at Lough Erne Resort will set your tastebuds sizzling.

Chef Noel McMeel, who was recently awarded Best Chef in Ulster and finalist for Best Hotel Chef Mentor of Great Britain, created the menu for the resort’s award-winning restaurant.

Packing no punches with its latest offerings, Catalina Restaurant’s new menu stays true to its ethos of celebrating the best of Northern Irish produce.

Fermanagh Beef, O Doherty’s Pork, Chicken and Irish Mountain Lamb all feature prominently on this exceptional menu from McMeel, with his signature dish for this season – the Irish Mountain Lamb – a salt aged rack, seared rump, sweetbreads and braised lamb & Comber Potato Croquette.

Lisdergan Irish Beef makes its first appearance in several dishes including the Braised Beef Cheek Ravioli (starter) and the Fillet of Beef with celeriac puree and baby turnip main course.

The al a carte menu starts at £45 for two courses. On Mondays throughout the summer, residents and non-residents can enjoy a seven-course tasting menu for £58pp or stay overnight with the Taste of Monday Package from £135.50pp, which includes the seven-course tasting Dinner, one night with breakfast.
