This Fine Dining Favourite Has Launched a Seriously Tempting New Menu

Just in time for the coming winter months, award-winning restaurant Luna has unveiled its newest menu.

Just eight weeks after taking on the role as Head Chef at Luna, Chef Vish Sumputh has launched his redesigned menu, which is sure to delight diners.

Before taking on the role as head chef in Luna, Chef Vish spent six years at the Michelin starred Chapter One, working his way up the ladder from chef de partie to Sous Chef.

With the new menu, Vish has kept the classic dishes Luna are reputable for, such as the Spaghetti al Tartufo, however he was eager to put his own spin on the menu.

The redesigned menu includes five new Primi dishes, four new Dolce and a new Secondi dish, with a fresh personal take on some other of the Luna classics.

Some of the exciting new additions to the menu incude a Primi of Dry Cured Clare Island Salmon, Cucumber and Yuzu, a Secondi of Dry Aged Striploin, Parmesan, Cauliflower and Charred Onion and an Acquerello Rice Pudding with Wild Rice Ice Cream to finish off the meal.

Speaking about the new menu, Chef Vish said: “With Autumn here, it’s now time to show my commitment to continuing to evolve Luna’s outstanding reputation for food, in a way that regulars will love, and new diners will embrace. These dishes may be new, but they’re very much in the Luna style of indulgence and excellence in every element.”
