LVA Conference: Food is the Future – October 25th at The Westbury Hotel

The role of food is increasingly important in the modern pub, and with that in mind, the Licenses Vendors Association is hosting a conference that focuses on the various elements of a successful food offering for pubs.

The event, to be held on the 25th of October at The Westbury Hotel, will highlight key trends in the industry to give  attendees the tools to stay ahead of the curve. Celebrity chef Kevin Dundon will demonstrate how you can create a quality dish on a mass scale while keeping profit margins generous.

With food continuing to grow, higher levels of competition in the marketplace and consumer expectations evolving quickly, you will gain valuable insights from industry experts to help you improve this element of your business and ultimately the pub’s overall profitability.

Maureen Gahan,  Foodservice Specialist with Bord Bia, will bring new out-of-home insights to the market; Graham O’Donnell, Co-Founder and Creative Director at O Donnell O Neill Design, will share his expertise not only the aesthetics of design but also the operational logistics and commercial viability of projects; Noel Keeley,  director and co-owner of The Loyola Group, will represent one of Dublin’s fastest growing hospitality groups; and Ken Lynch,  Business Development Manager for Bunzl Catering Design Solutions, will be able to answer attendees questions about commercial kitchen equipment.

Tickets are €50 per person. Booking is essential.
