Beauty & Health Benefits to Make You Glow

Sunflower Seeds: These are loaded with Vitamin E which protects your skin from the damage caused by harmful sun rays and free radicals. Ample antioxidants in them prevent signs of ageing like fine lines, wrinkles, etc. Since sunflower seeds have omega-6 fatty acid, they nourish your locks and maintain their volume. On the other hand, the richness of linoleic acid in these seeds helps moisturise the skin deeply. Being an excellent source of essential fatty acid, sunflower seeds stimulate the formation of elastin and collagen that make your skin smooth & youthful.

Walnuts: contain omega-3 essential fatty acids, which can improve skin’s elasticity, They are also loaded with copper, a mineral that boosts collagen production. Snack on a handful of walnuts each day to improve your skin complexion’s texture.

Celery: is a good source of Vitamins A and C, which act as anti-oxidants and protect your skin from the signs of ageing caused by free radicals. WINE PAIRING…BY SUZANNE REDMOND

Our recommended Wine Pairing for this Recipe
Insight Vineyard Pinot Gris €16.99

Pinot Gris 2012
This wine has a lovely nose with aromas of light citrus, apricots, peaches and almonds. You can almost smell the vineyard.

The palate is just as delightful with nectarines, hazelnut, dried apricots with a viscus body. A wine with plenty of character and balance.

This wine will pair beautifully with this delicious and nutritious salad. The fresh mineral character and fruitiness will work with the freshness of the salad.

Available from O’Brien’s Wines Nationwide or Online.
