Miele Launches Autumn Cooking Demonstrations with Series of Specialist Demos

Miele embraces the autumn season with a new and exciting line up for their Autumn Series of cooking demos. Hosted in the 5,000 square foot state of the art Miele Experience Centre, attendees can learn cooking skills and dishes from some of Ireland’s most renowned culinary names as well as discover how to use the innovative features of Miele’s cooking appliances.

The line up for the season includes Clodagh McKenna, author of five best-selling cookery books and with four television cooking shows under her belt; Oliver Dunne, the youngest chef in Ireland to ever hold a Michelin star; Erik Van Der Veken, who has produced chocolates for Michelin starred restaurants and won numerous awards and accolades for his chocolate sculptures; Jemma Hobson, who has over 10 years’ experience in the catering and pastry industry; Niall Hill, Executive Chef  at The Butler’s Pantry; Fiona Uyema, Japanese fusion expert.

There will also be a cooking demonstration by the Coeliac Society of Ireland, which will give attendees a further understanding of gluten free cooking.
