There’s more to whiskey cocktails than Old Fashioneds, and while we are big fans of the classic, in the spirit of National Whiskey Sour Day today 25th of August, we went on the hunt for some of the best Whiskey Sours in Dublin.
The drink, a combination of whiskey (often Bourbon), lemon juice, syrup and sometimes egg white, is served on the rocks and garnished with a cherry.
