The Natural Bakery will be running a series of demonstrations at their shop in Stillorgan Shopping Centre during the months of February and March.
Every Saturday from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm, visitors will be able to experience the bakery’s Grain Project, a unique initiative that celebrates Irish produce and aims to create breads with 100% Irish ingredients.
Wheat harvested from farms in Co. Dublin will be milled in-store and the flour will be transformed into bread by The Natural Bakery’s team. Attendees will be invited to have a taste and discover more about the project, which was launched last year. The opportunity will also be ideal for those wishing to get a few bread making tips from their friendly experts.
Bread made with local wheat will be available to purchase and visitors will also be able to take home 100% flour for their own home baking.
