No Plans for Lunch? A New Chopped is Opening Today and Will Be Giving Away Free Salads!

Great news for Chopped fans as a new store will be opening today at 11am on Camden Street. To celebrate the new opening, they will be offering free salads from 11am to 1pm today and between 1pm and 8pm, there will be 50% off all salads and wraps.

The new store will create 15 jobs and will be the 29th Chopped outlet to date. It follows newly opened outlets in Galway, Cork, Castlebar and the first Northern Irish Freshly Chopped in Tannaghmore, Co. Antrim.

The new outlet will feature a brand new store design and menu, which features nine new salads including Super Food Chicken, Hot Oak Smoked Salmon and Lebanese Falafel. There are also new ingredients, including Power Grains, Guindilla Peppers and Mozzarella Balls and new dressings, including Rebel Chilli and Oriental.

FreshlyChopped

The popular chain was developed to meet the needs of the growing number of Irish consumers who want a great tasting meal that is healthy, delicious, fresh and quick. It offers a ‘create your own salad’ experience in front of the customer in minimum time. Crisp lettuce selections, garden fresh vegetables, salad dressings, and more than 30 ingredients are ‘chopped’ and freshly dressed into a unique salad bowl or in a sealed savoury wrap.

Brian Lee, co-founder and managing director of Freshly Chopped said: “We’re delighted to be opening our new Freshly Chopped on Camden Street as our presence expands in Dublin. Our new store will serve the people working in the Camden Street and Harcourt Street area. It is clear that more and more Irish workers want affordable healthy food options and that is exactly what our unique Freshly Chopped experience will be providing those working near our new Freshly Chopped outlet on Camden Street.”

“It will also serve the many revellers who frequent Camden Street and with the ready availability of fast food in the area, we are thrilled to be able to offer consumers a nutritious alternative. Eating well is crucial for healthy living and we will work hard to attract young people to our innovative brand of nutritious fast food and our stores cater for a diverse range of people from five to 95. We are looking forward to working hard to make sure our newest Freshly Chopped is as successful as our other outlets.”
