New Seasonal Menu Additions From Camile Thai

Camile, the healthy Thai food restaurant delivery service, is delighted to bring a selection of new seasonal dishes to the menu this spring. Inspired by Thailand, using the freshest local ingredients, the new dishes include coconut poached Irish salmon, a new turkey stir fry, kids noodles and a new take on ramen, as well as the welcome return of calamari to the Camile menu.

Camile’s coconut poached Irish salmon dish includes Atlantic salmon, which is lightly poached in a spiced ginger, fish sauce and lemon juice coconut broth. Topped with deep-fried spring onions for texture, it is served on a bed of seasonal Asian greens including pak choi, Chinese leaves and broccoli and it is available for €14.95. Best of all, this new dish is packed with essential Omega 3 fats and is only 497 calories per portion.

Pad Med Mamungis the latest stir fry to join the Camile menu. Created with low in fat minced Irish turkey breast, Pad Med Mamung is served with fresh red peppers, shredded carrots, spring onions, broccoli, edamame beans, cashew nuts and red chilli and garlic. This dish is wok-fried in classic seasoning sauce of light and dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, white pepper and homemade chicken stock. Take a Pad Med Mamung home for €11.95.

Every member of the family can enjoy a delicious Camile dinner, from the family pet with Camile’s recently launched doggy treat, to the youngest hungry customer with Camile’s kid’s wok fried noodles for €6. Egg noodles, chicken breast, beansprouts, shredded carrots and leeks are wok fried with a classic Camile Thai seasoning sauce of light and dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, white pepper and homemade chicken stock. The perfect dish for little ones to get their hands, forks or chop sticks stuck into!

A long-standing and traditional Thai dish, Camile’s new take on ramen is one of the signature dishes on the menu. The new signature Ramen dish is created using roasted pork-bones and vegetables, which are simmered for six hours and then flavoured with kombu dashi and Kikkoman soy sauce.

Back by popular demand, Camile has ensured the return of its calamari doesn’t disappoint this season. Think thin rings of mouth-watering calamari golden fried in Japanese panko bread crumbs and served with a sweet chilli dipping sauce for €6.50. The result – a crunchy starter infused with salty and sweet flavours – one not to be missed!

All of the new additions are created in Camile’s kitchen, overseen by the expert eye of executive chef, Oliver Mueller.
