The selection of dishes to be enjoyed on the night include Tom Kha Gai & Hed (coconut milk, chicken and wild mixed mushrooms, lemongrass, galangal, shallots, kaffir lime, lime juice, chilli oil), and a fabulous dish of red curry of roasted duck breast with lychee, longan, pineapple, grapes, cherry tomato, sweet basil, Thai apple and pea aubergine, with Jasmine rice.

There will be a raffle on the night, so guests will be in with a chance to win some great prizes.

ABOUT DEE LAFFAN

Last September, Dee trekked to Everest Base Camp in aid of MS Ireland and raised close to €9,000 for the charity. This dinner in the Nightmarket Restaurant is to her final fundraiser for this as she hopes to reach €10,000 from ticket sales!

Dee was diagnosed with relapse and remitting Multiple Sclerosis in 2011 and will receive medical treatment for this for the rest of her life. While she is very fortunate to live symptom free thus far, she acknowledges the level of support and care that MS Ireland offer other people in Ireland who live with the disease and its symptoms every day. It is for this reason that Dee decided to sign up for the Everest Base Camp challenge with MS Ireland and completed the 12-day trek in Nepal with a group of 13 other hikers in September 2017.

ABOUT NIGHTMARKET
