Pichet Relaunches with a New Cocktail Offering
Food lovers in Dublin will have been flocking to visit the recently refurbished Pichet on Trinity Street. The award winning eatery had been closed for several months while undergoing an entire refurbishment and refit with a new bar area, marble finishes and fresh branding.
Along with a modern, signature style of food, the place is now serving exciting and enticing cocktails to accompany the new bar bites menu. The city centre favourite is now the ideal spot, not just for delicious meals but also for a pre dinner drink or a night out with friends.
Pichet’s signature drink, the Presidente Cocktail, was served at the recent launch and is proving to be a particular favourite.
– 1 shot of Appleton Estate
– 10ml Pedro Ximenes sherry
– 5ml Nolly Prat
– 5ml Pomegranate Syrup
– 2 dashes Walnut Bitters
1. Combine all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker
2. Shake in ice and strain
3. Serve in a saucer glass with an optional garnish of orange peel
