Irish Chefs Join Together For Charity Dinner in Aid of Ronald McDonald House

Irish chefs are banding together to help keep families close this year and are taking part in a fundraising dinner in support of The Ronald McDonald House.

On the 17th November, Maurice Mc Geehan, Executive Chef at Airbnb, Niall Hill, Food Consultant & former head of Food at Butler’s Pantry, Jonathan Keane, Executive Chef in The Lodge at Ashford Castle and Wildes Restaurant and Erik Van der Veken, Cacao Barry ambassador UK & Ireland & Technical advisor at Redmond Fine Foods will be working together, using local Irish produce, to create a 4 course menu celebrating Irish food and supporting The Ronald McDonald House Charity.

100 guests will enjoy Irish drinks paired with each dish, live entertainment and will have the chance to meet a few of the producers who are supporting the event and a couple of The Ronald McDonald House families and staff, who will be invited to tell their stories during the evening.

Some of the producers featured on the menu include Andarl Farm, Ballymakenny Farm, Beechlawn organic farm, Durnins Fruit and Veg, Glenilen Farm, Listoke Gin, Redmond Fine Foods and The Village Dairy.

This fantastic event will take place at Airbnb’s Warehouse Office, Dublin 2 on Saturday, 17th November 2018, at 7pm and tickets can be purchased via https://chefs4rmhc.eventbrite.ie.
