This salted caramel smoothie bowl recipe is a delicious alternative to your morning cereal or makes a great snack throughout the day. It’s quick and easy to make and is packed with healthy ingredients.
Ingredients:
– 2 bananas, frozen and chopped
– 1 or 2 dates, pitted
– 50-75ml almond milk
– 1 tsp. vanilla extract
– 1/2 tsp. cinamon
– pinch of sea salt
For the topping
– Fresh berries
– Cacao nibs
– Granola
– Coconut chips
– 1 tbsp. nut or seed butter or 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (depending on your preferred level of sweetness)
Method:
1. Place all the ingredients, except your toppings, in a blender and blitz
2. Pour into a bow and add you desired toppings
