This Spring the extensive, creative dinner menu features in season lamb rump, guinea fowl, sea bass and pork neck, complimented by fresh spring vegetables; young lettuce, seaweed, spring onion, spinach, beetroot, peas and parsnips. This thoughtfully prepared seasonal menu is available now in The Brasserie.
Take a lighter approach to lunch with healthy options from the Spring edition of the Equilibrium Menu, including the new Spring Salad which features radishes, dandelion leaves, William pear, liquorice and chocolate. Poke Bowls are also on offer for lunch packed full of goodness with sashimi tuna, beans, kelp, mushroom soy and a sprinkle of bacon cracker.
