Kenmare’s luxurious Sheen Falls Lodge will take up residence at the Miele Experience Centre for one night only on Tuesday, March 14th with an exclusive evening of five star cuisine prepared by Executive Chef, Philip Brazil. This follows on from Sheen Falls Lodge’s previous sell-out cooking demonstrations at the Miele Experience Centre in 2016.
For this exceptional event, Executive Chef, Philip Brazil will prepare a feast of special occasion and Easter dishes, putting his own signature twist on traditional recipes using the best of locally sourced seasonal ingredients, such as Citrus Cured Atlantic Salmon and an alternative take on the traditional roast lamb with his Kerry Spring Mountain Lamb dish.
Guests will have the chance to sample the five star dining experience of Kenmare’s Sheen Falls Lodge just a short distance from Dublin City Centre. As well as tasting each of the dishes showcased during the cooking demo, guest can also look forward to exclusive tips and insights from the five star Sheen Falls Lodge team to help you bring a professional touch to home cooking.
The Easter Special cooking experience takes place at the Miele Experience Centre on Tuesday, March 14th from 7pm to 9pm. Places are limited and early booking is advised.
