Champagne lovers united at WILDE Restaurant in The Westbury to celebrate the launch of Perrier Jouët’s Belle Époque Summer Tasting Menu.
It was certainly a sparkling affair as guests enjoyed chilled glasses of this iconic brand alongside stunning plates of summery fare.
Hervé Deschamps, the Cellar Master of Perrier-Jouët flew over from France to officially launch the fabulous event. This summer tasting menu sees each unique dish perfectly paired with a various vintage of Perrier Jouët.
Cellar Master, Hervé Deschamps recently was named as the youngest cellar master to be awarded the honour of Chevalier de l’Ordre des Arts et des Lettres – a prestigious French award given to those making significant contributions to French culture.
WILDE Restaurant’s Terrace evokes the feeling of dining al fresco, throughout the serving of the Perrier Jouët menu the dining will be transformed into a green paradise with a stunning anemones flower installation.
Talented chef Sandeep Singh and Maison Perrier-Jouët have partnered up to create an exciting and sparkling summer menu.
To start this fabulous feast guests were served Castletownbere scallops, orange, fennel and samphire salad with a harrisa dressing.
This sumptuous summer starter was served with Perrier-Jouët Grand Brut.
The main dish of the evening was a delicious Dover sole served with green asparagus, crisp gnocchi and saffron aioli.
To compliment this course a Perrier-Jouët Belle Époque was paired along side the light fish starter.
For dessert guests indulged in Strawberry and Basil Leaf Panna Cotta with buttery homemade shortbread paired with Perrier-Jouët Belle Époque Blason Rose.
This stylish summer menu will run until the end of August and is priced at €95 per person, with guests advised to book to avoid disappointment.
