Suesey Street opens on Fitzwilliam Place

The venue formerly known as Brasserie Le Pont reopens this week as Suesey Street and now offers a more informal approach to drinking and dining. It has a fully heated terrace which is topped with a retractable canopy making it the perfect space for al fresco dining year round.

Head chef Lumir Tousek (formerly of l’Ecrivain) has created a menu of modern European cuisine. Highlights include Dublin Bay Prawns (with smoked ham hock, charred gem and dill and bisque dressing), pan roasted Monkfish (with wild mushroom purée, fermented pear, truffle quail egg and black pudding) and Basil & White Chocolate Ganache (with strawberries, balsamic macaroon and strawberry sorbet).

Suesey Street will cater for up to 70 diners, with a private dining area for up to 35 also available. Open for lunch Tuesday – Friday, and dinner Tuesday – Saturday, there is a full bar offering; including an impressive selection of whiskeys and a bespoke cocktail menu.

Director Fiona Kelly says:

Suesey Street is the natural evolution of Brasserie Le Pont. We wanted to create a more accessible place and make better use of the areas within the restaurant. I’m so pleased with the end result, the menu is amazing, the interior looks fantastic and we have a really strong team running it.”
