This Sunday, June 3rd, join Charlotte Quay for the first in their Summer Supper Series. Make the most of the dock side location while you enjoy a six course seafood extravaganza over the bank holiday weekend.
Charlotte Quay is a stylish bar with waterside terraces and a relaxed restaurant. They focus on using the best local Irish produce, serving up an array of exiting dishes with a distinctly Mediterranean feel. It is the perfect place to celebrate this bank holiday weekend.
As part of the Summer Supper Series, guests are invited to indulge in a carefully crafted cocktail on the terrace and start the tasting menu in the picturesque surrounds.
The seafood feast begins with mouthwatering Carlingford Oysters with Mignonette Sauce and Homemade Ceviche and Tempura Soft Shell Crab.
The tasting menu will then move onto Irish Crab Croquette with shellfish aioli, Steamed Clams & Cockles with Manzanila sherry, coriander & lime and then firey Gambas Pil Pil.
For the main event, the dishes featured include Red Mullet Escabeche with fennel, Chargrilled & Confit Octopus with crisp potatoes, capers & paprika and Roast Monkfish Tail with salt baked celeriac and brown butter.
To finish off this tantalising menu, guests will be served a delicious set Pimms Jelly. Music on the evening will be supplied by the legendary Tiny Choons – sounds sure to get you in the summer spirit.
