Tankardstown House to Celebrate the Seasons with French Summer Gourmet Dinner
Herald the arrival of summer with a unique gastronomic experience on Tuesday, 9th May at Tankardstown House in Slane, Co. Meath when new Head Chef Adrian Cassidy will create a delicious Tasting Menu. Cassidy will showcase a menu with a decidedly French feel to usher in the season and highlight the finest ingredients early summer has to offer here in Ireland.
Strongly influenced by the flavours of the Rhone Valley, each course will be accompanied and matched by wines specially chosen by Herve Roberts, Director of Delas Wines, whose company motto is “Placing man and wine at the heart of the terroir”. Delas has been producing award winning wines from various appellations since 1835.
Exuding luxury and elegance, Tankardstown’s Brabazon Restaurant is an ideal venue to experience a summer Rhone style French evening with the menu celebrating locally sourced and organic seasonal produce. Herve Roberts will host the evening and explain how each wine was individually chosen to match the food served for each course, promising a delicious evening to remember.
