ACCOMMODATION

Standard Accessible:

Standard is definitely the wrong word – this is a really elegant guestroom. It might not have all the bells and whistles you’ll find in the more luxurious rooms and suites, but it is super-stylish, of course, and it’s a roomy room that’s wheelchair accessible.

Executive:

It’s the room that makes all of that work worthwhile: A plush, comfy, elegant, roomy room and your home from home in Belfast.

Close the door, close your eyes, fall back onto that super king-sized bed. The shower is huge with an incredible sunflower showerhead.

Signature:

The first thing you’ll notice when you enter the Signature Rooms is there’s a little more room. A great big king sized bed calls you and, over there, a work desk with complimentary high-speed wireless and wired Internet.

Superior:

All of the superior rooms have just been renovated and so, while they have everything you expect in a five star superior room, they’re even more comfortable, even more stylish, even more of a treat.

It’s a little more spacious than an executive room, with a feature alcove that has floor-to-ceiling windows to give you a sense of space and elbowroom.

Deluxe:

Bigger again than the other rooms, your deluxe room is at the corner of the building and features a separate seating area in an airy open plan design thanks to folding panel shutters between your bedroom and bathroom.

Relax on the king-sized bed and gaze out through the floor-to-ceiling windows at the panoramic views across the city and beyond.

Studio Suites:

The six studio suites are so exclusive they’ve even got their own floor. Open the door to yours and you won’t know where to look first.

The huge, brightly coloured bed, the sofa facing the big TV, the floor-to-ceiling glass wall and the views beyond, the bathroom tucked behind the dividing wall which you just know is going to be a statement in cutting edge design in itself.

Penthouse:

It’s a two bedroomed, 1,250 sq feet private suite that’s welcomed stars of stage a screen, moguls, celebrities, artists and dignitaries from all over the world because it’s the finest penthouse in Belfast city.

It’s huge and it features a unique sculptural ceiling with computer-controlled lighting. Every surface, every fitting, every furnishing, every accessory has been carefully considered here.

DINING

The Restaurant:

The Restaurant at the Fitzwilliam Belfast is a work of art. It’s a very unusual room, elegant, of course. With bright contemporary colours, unusual furniture, booths, eclectic arrangements and intimate lighting.

The menus are carefully thought-out, passionately created, lovingly prepared and proudly presented.

The Bar:

The cool bar has had a little work done recently. A little tuck here. A lift there. Now it looks brand new again which is nice for customers, both hotel guests and Belfast regulars, who consider this to be the most tasteful bar in town.

They have kept the copper-clad lighting, glimpse windows, real crystal glasses and, yes, almost every wine and champagne is still available by the glass.
