Thereafter, the soirée continues in the Brasserie Restaurant, where the chefs have prepared a handful of tasty dishes that are complimented beautifully by the Bordeaux wines. Together with the wine, this is sure to be an evening of five-star culinary magic you’ll remember for a long, long time. Tickets to this event are priced at €75 per person.
The menu consists of canapés complimented by the Barton & Guestier Chardonnay Brut Cuveé Réserve, and fresh red mullet matched with Thomas Barton Réserve Graves Blanc, followed by organic chicken and an Irish crayfish ‘marengo’ with the Thomas Barton Réserve Saint-Emilion.
The main focus will be on the ‘Beef & Bordeaux’, complete with braised ribs and a Bordelaise jus and served with a glass of Chateau Magnol Cru Bourgeois.
